Critical Info: Always four houese, with roofs made of toffee candies, and borders made of Toffifay candies. Only area of village to feature split rail fencing.

Unique Facts: Toffee Boulevard was developed to be a ying to the GumDrop Row yang. They are always featured opposite one another in the village, almost always facing each other.
