Candy Shopping, hitting every After Christmas Sale Imaginable.
January 1st:
Old Village Gets Torn Down
January 2nd:
All Components of Village that are saved are put away, as is new candy
February 1st - February 28th:
Review Photography from Previous Season
March 1st - 31st:
Draft Design of New Village
April:
Start Making Icing supports and bridges
Late May:
Start doing trees, snowmen, signage
Late June:
Start Working on Candy Mosaics
Late July:
Start working on heavier houses, ones coated entirely in candy
Early September:
Start working on all bigger houses
Early October:
Start working on all smaller houses
Late October:
All detail work, shudders, wreaths, signs, trains, cable cars
Early November:
Check work versus schematics to ensure everything
is done

GingerBread Lane is displayed every year from early November to New Year's. Even though it is only on display for a couple of months, the whole process actually is a year round process.
